Refund policy

If you would like to return your order, simply return the item in a well packaged box to: 
Sweet Squared Ltd, 2 Green Pk, Coal Rd, Leeds LS14 1FB

You MUST include your order number in with your return, we will not be able to identify and refund your item.

As soon as our warehouse receives your return, your refund will be processed in 3-5 days. Please allow up to 7 days for the full refund to process.

You are responsible for the cost of returning items ordered in error.

Damages and issues
Please send a photo of the damaged item to info@sparitualuk.com and our team will be in touch!

Exceptions and non-returnable items
We do not accept returns of any items that have been opened or used unless they are defective. We do not offer sale or return. If you have questions about a specific item, please get in touch before returning it.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have once authorised and then make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
For items ordered in error, we will process your refund as soon as possible after we receive the products back in perfect condition. We will refund the product price in full, excluding the original delivery charge. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

For items returned due to a fault or damage, we will examine the returned product and email you with the outcome within a reasonable period. If approved, we will process your refund as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days of confirming your entitlement to a refund. 

We will usually refund you using the same payment method you used for the purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since we confirmed your refund for a defective item, please contact us at info@sparitualuk.com.
